​The purpose of the Association is to represent the interests of residents and leaseholders.

The Association is served by a committee, whose members have specific responsibilities

The primary aim of the Association is to make The Heron apartments the most desirable and sought-after private accommodation in the City of London. At present the building offers excellent qualities but there is a need to scrutinise the expenditure more closely. To do so we are examining the formation of a Right to Manage company, which means we need the support of at least 50% of leaseholders.​​​

Increasing the membership of the Association is an immediate priority.

Membership is open to all residents and leaseholders. The annual subscription for leaseholders is £50.
